These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to the Brightfold website and the purchase and use of our digital products. By browsing this site or buying a product you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Brightfold products are digital, downloadable educational guides in PDF format. No physical goods are shipped. The current products are Brightfold (edition: The Calm Dog Blueprint, US $27) and the optional add-on guides Brightfold Plus (Leash Manners Masterclass), Brightfold Pro (Home Alone Plan), Brightfold Max (Puppy Fast-Track) and Brightfold Ultimate (Brain Games & Trick Training Pack), US $19 each. All prices are in US dollars, one-time payments, with no subscription or recurring charge.
All orders are processed by Digistore24 Inc., the authorized reseller and merchant of record. The sales contract for the product is concluded with Digistore24, and Digistore24's terms and conditions apply to the payment transaction. The charge on your statement appears as "Digistore24". Digistore24 issues your invoice.
After successful payment, Digistore24 emails you a link to download your files, normally within minutes. You can download the files repeatedly. If you do not receive access within 24 hours, contact [email protected] and we will resend the files.
When you buy a Brightfold product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read and use it for your own, non-commercial purposes. You may print copies for personal use. You may not resell, share, redistribute, upload to file-sharing sites, translate, create derivative works, or use the content to train other people commercially without our written permission. All content, text, graphics and design are protected by copyright and remain the property of Brightfold.

Our guides provide general educational information about dog training and care. They are not veterinary, medical, legal or behavioral-medicine advice and do not create a professional-client relationship. Always consult a licensed veterinarian about your dog's health and a certified professional in person for aggression, bite history or serious behavior problems. You are responsible for applying the information safely and for supervising all interactions between your dog, people and other animals.
Dogs are individuals. We make no guarantee that you will achieve any specific result or time frame. Testimonials or examples, where shown, describe individual experiences and are not a promise of your outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brightfold and its owners, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss or damage arising from the use or misuse of our content. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape content, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.
Our site may link to third-party sites (for example Digistore24). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
We may update these Terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Brightfold's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and nothing in them limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country or state of residence.
