Please read this disclaimer carefully before purchasing or using any Brightfold product or content on this website.
All Brightfold guides, worksheets, emails and website content are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. They reflect commonly accepted, reward-based dog training practices, but they are not tailored to your individual dog.
Nothing in our content constitutes veterinary advice, medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan. Behavior changes can have medical causes. Always consult a licensed veterinarian about your dog's health and before starting a new exercise or feeding routine, and consult a certified professional dog trainer or veterinary behaviorist in person for aggression, bite history, severe fear, self-injury or any situation that could put a person or animal at risk.
Every dog and every household is different. Age, breed, health, history and the owner's consistency all affect results. We do not promise any specific outcome or time frame. Time frames such as "21 days" describe the structure of the plan, not a guaranteed result.
You are solely responsible for how you apply the information, for supervising all interactions between your dog, children, other people and other animals, and for complying with local laws (leash laws, licensing, etc.). Use common sense, go at your dog's pace and stop any exercise that causes fear or stress.
