Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. That is why every Brightfold product comes with a simple, no-questions-asked 60-day money-back guarantee.

1. The guarantee

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a Brightfold product, you may request a full refund of the purchase price within 60 days from the date of purchase. This applies to the main product (Brightfold, $27) and to every optional add-on guide ($19 each). You do not need to give a reason.

2. How to request a refund

Choose whichever is easier for you:

• Email us at [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, your Digistore24 order ID. We will process it with Digistore24 within 2 business days.
• Contact Digistore24 directly through the Digistore24 customer service page. Digistore24 is the reseller of our products and can process refunds independently of us.

3. Processing time

Refunds are issued by Digistore24 to the original payment method. Once approved, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or PayPal.

4. After the 60-day period

Requests made after 60 days from purchase are not eligible for the guarantee, except where consumer law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise. If you have a problem accessing your files at any time, contact us and we will help.

5. Fair use

The guarantee exists so you can buy with confidence. We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of clear abuse, such as repeated purchases and refunds of the same product.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us or Digistore24 before opening a dispute with your bank. We resolve refund requests quickly and a chargeback is never necessary to get your money back.
