This Privacy Policy explains how Brightfold ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit our website, purchase our digital products or subscribe to our emails. By using this site you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are and who processes payments

Brightfold publishes digital educational guides. Payments, invoicing and refunds are handled by our authorized reseller Digistore24 Inc. When you buy, you enter the payment data directly on Digistore24's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number. Digistore24's own privacy policy applies to the checkout process and is available on their website.

2. Information we collect

• Order information shared with us by Digistore24 after a purchase: your name, email address, country, product purchased and order ID.
• Contact information you send us by email or through our contact page.
• Technical information collected automatically when you browse: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and referring URL, via cookies and similar technologies.

3. How we use your information

• To deliver the product you bought and send access instructions and updates to that product.
• To provide customer support and process refund requests.
• To send you educational content and promotional emails about related Brightfold products, only if you have not opted out. See section 5.
• To analyze and improve our website and marketing.
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.

4. Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies and pixels (for example from Google, Meta or TikTok) to measure traffic and the performance of our advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Email communications and how to cancel promotional emails

After a purchase you will receive transactional emails (order confirmation, download links, invoices, important product updates). These are necessary to deliver your order.

You may also receive promotional emails with tips and offers. You can stop promotional emails at any time, free of charge, in any of these ways:

• Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any promotional email. The opt-out is processed immediately.
• Email [email protected] with the subject "Unsubscribe" and we will remove you within 48 hours.

Unsubscribing from promotional emails does not affect transactional emails related to your purchase.

We share data only with service providers that help us run the business (payment processing by Digistore24, email delivery, website hosting, analytics), under contracts that require them to protect it, and when required by law. We never sell or rent your personal information.

We keep order records as long as required for tax and legal purposes, and email subscriber data until you unsubscribe. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (encrypted connections, access controls) to protect your data.

Our products and website are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
